Dr. Samira Neshat

Dr. Samira Neshat is an experienced Consultant Paediatrician specialising in Paediatric Intensive Care and Complex Paediatrics with over 25 years of international experience. Dr. Neshat is a licensed medical professional in both the United Kingdom, the United States and Germany.

​Dr. Neshat graduated in Medicine with Honours in 1999 at the Eppendorf University Hospital in Hamburg, Germany and completed her General Paediatric training in 2004 in Germany. Following the completion of her training, Dr. Neshat completed her post-doctoral fellowship in Stem Cell research at Wake Forest University, USA. She then returned to the UK, where she underwent subspeciality training in Neonatal, Paediatric and Cardiac Intensive Care at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London.

Dr. Neshat then undertook higher specialist training in Paediatric Critical Care at Yale University Hospital (USA) and to feed her constant thirst for knowledge, she also completed an Accelerated Master’s Degree in Public Health at Yale University.

Dr. Neshat’s contributions extend beyond professional endeavors, and she is proud to be regularly involved in charitable initiatives, like the ones supported by Cardiac Alliance and the International Children’s Heart Foundation in Macedonia and Honduras. This has allowed her to have connections with various medical experts globally. Dr. Neshat’s commitment to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged populations is remarkable and inspiring for all her colleagues.

Dr. Neshat currently holds an NHS Consultant role at the Royal London Hospital and provides private care at The Portland Hospital and The Cromwell Hospital in London, as well as The Clinica in Ascot.
In her daily work, Dr. Neshat is highly praised by her patients and colleagues for her caring nature, her professionalism and her vast knowledge of managing paediatric patients.

Dr. Neshat is a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child health in the UK, a member of the Paediatric Intensive Care UK, and a member of the American Academy of Paediatrics in the USA.

Dr. Neshat focuses on delivering outstanding and holistic care to her patients. She offers consultations for various conditions such as chronic cough, viral induced wheezing, headache, gastro-oesophageal reflux, food allergies, eczema, constipation, urinary tract infections (UTIs) and growing pain. Her involvement in advanced cardiac research in paediatrics has given her the knowledge to regularly treat children presenting with palpitations, dizziness and chest pain.

In her free time Dr. Neshat enjoys spending time with her children and going to theatre to see musicals.
